to eat with mash? I guess another take on mince & onion in some sort of a gravy. Needs to be quick & easy and, most importanty, fussy-eater friendly !

If I'm in a real hurry I dry fry the mince, add a stock cube and then a tin of Heinz Vegetable soup - it tastes lovely and is so quick and easy to do. I use it as my base for shepherd's pie.

You can always use a hand blender to disguise the bits of veg for the benefit of those fussy eaters.

Thanks Misspiggy ... wish I'd looked at your post before I made a total hash of it with sundried tomato paste. Oh well, maybe lots of tomato ketchup will help!
