I've just got a kitchen aid, its very beautiful and I'm very excited but what is good to bake? I've done amazing mash, but now it's just sitting pretty and I don't know what to try first!

Pavlova - do the egg whites, then the whipped cream.

Any cake or biscuit that needs creaming the butter and sugar. Gingerbread this time of year!

Got mine this week and love it! I've made cupcakes and icing, pizza dough, loaf of bread, used it to stir in milk when making custard today as well. I'm planning on doing some Mexican shredded chicken in it this weekend and making cheese scones tomorrow. Also bought the spiraliser attachment and have made courgetti carbonara this week.

Marshmallows. You can’t make homemade ones without a stand mixer.

Another unusual one. Lemonade in the kitchenaid is much quicker and easier than using a citrus juicer.

Fudge! Takes all the effort out of beating it by hand! Nigella's one (think she calls it Russian fudge maybe?) is amazing.
