What to go with satay chicken?

I'm making Jamie Oliver's satay chicken on Thursday (minus the soap coriander) and was wondering what would be best to accompany it?

Nothing with cucumber please!

Egg fried rice with loads of veg?

probably just have it with a salad of your choice or couscous/ rice.

Although if I'm really honest I would be having it with fries, spring rolls, and probably a few spare ribs and wontons to make a proper feast of it. Maybe a few cherry tomatoes on the side just as a palette cleanser

Satay chicken with egg fried rice is a staple dinner in this house. I'll often dive and chuck in whatever leftover veg I have in the house with the rice, so it's more of a special fried rice.
