Lemon tart- favourite or successful one?

Can anyone please recommend a good lemon tart recipe? The simpler the better, I'm an ok cook but not amazing.

The most straightforward online looks to be a Gregg Wallace recipe on bbc good food.

I just make sweet pastry-shortcuts with a little sugar. Then mixed eggs and cream, amount depending on size of tin, and add lemon zest and juice. Oh and sugar to taste.

Babe at 180 or 170 fan for 30/40 minutes. If it wobbles slightly it's ready. You can also vary it by making st Clements tart, which has oranges as well as lemons.

My go to cheat recipes when i’m cooking for lots or need multiple puds is the Carnation Milk recipe page! Just google....the lemon tart there was great as are the other recipes!
