Slow cook lamb - how do I do my roasties??

Lamb shoulder has been slowly roasting in low oven in tightly wrapped tin foil for 4 ish hours.

Want to get my roasties in a nice hot oven.

Can I put the lam foil parcel in my slow cooker to keep cooking / warm??

Just take the lamb out to rest in its foil for the time it takes you to roast the parboiled potatoes. It should be fine for half and hour IMHO.
