No-cook meal/snack ideas?

I'd love to have some more ideas for no-cook small meals/snacks that are fairly healthy (not low calorie, just good real ingredients as opposed to say pot noodles...). What are your favourites?

I'm thinking along the lines of tomato & mozzarella salad, or apple slices & almond butter, or carrots & houmous.

Avocado and cottage cheese
Smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels
Smoked mackerel pate on rye bread

Hummous and red pepper pitta pockets
Couscous (just needs to be soaked in boiling water for 15 min) and crumbled feta with cherry tomatoes and cucumber.
Greek salad
Melon and Parma ham or prosciutto
