Bulgar wheat- reheat?

Hello

Just cooked a bulgar wheat chilli for DS and now I’m paranoid about storing and reheating, does it have the same issues as rice can with reheating? Should I cool it then store it or put it in the fridge straight away? I usually cook with quinoa so I’m not sure if this is different

I would reheat, no question, but then I reheat rice (did last night) and have done for 40 years. Still the right side of the turf.
