Socca!

Equal parts water and gram flour, pinch salt and spoon olive oil. Leave to sit for 30mins.

Cook in hot frying pan in olive oil until bubbly edges then grill until set. Eat like flatbreads.

It’s a great savoury side dish to a spicy stew.

Socca pizza - make it as the poster above says then top with tomato, veg and cheese and grill. Much quicker and easier than making yeast dough base.

You can make a paratha. Jazz up the dough with spices, grated onion, cumin seeds, coriander etc.

Eat with copious amounts of butter, Indian pickle and natural yoghurt.
