Anyone got a good pumpkin pie recipe? Loads on the internet but wanting a tried and tested one please.

I’ve got a tin of American purée (as well as an actual pumpkin to use) and am thinking of making Julia Child’s one, after reading this article... 4 different recipes were trialled.

I usually start with BBC Good Food, because you can at least be sure that everything is available in the UK.

For pumpkin pie, 5* and 63 reviews is pretty good.
