Food colouring

I'm getting really fed up with food colouring sploshing out in huge quantities. Is there a brand with a smaller hole, like the way vinegar has?

Try gels or powders they dont splosh so much and you can get better colours.

Have used these in the past and they work well either for colouring cake or icing.

Will warn though colouring icing can be quite intense on skin so gloves help to stop your hands going odd colours.

You can get gels in supermarkets but the colour especially for reds and blues dont tend to be as good.

Hobby craft or a cake shop may stock better brands
