DAMN IT! I just remembered I was going to eat healthily today

The plan was, that Monday to Friday, I would eat really, really healthy food. I'm not over weight, never have been, but I'm 40 in January and well aware that I can't be this lucky forever, so my plan was stick to the good stuff during the week and not worry too much at the weekends.
HOWEVER, I've just realised I had 4 slices of toast with BUTTER for breakfast, 2 homemade hamburgers with cheese in buns for lunch and at least half a packet of cow biscuits with my cuppa for afternoon tea!
I'd better have a stick of celery for dinner I guess!

I am shocked that you are thin too. I wanna eat that muhc. I only have to lok at chocolate for it to love my thighs forever.
