I'm trying to find a recipe for a crab/fish stick rice salad that a person with a very limited diet enjoyed whilst at school. We tried at the school and no current staff remember or were working there at the time it was on the menu.
It seemed to be plain white rice, finely shredded crab sticks and a very light, mild seafood sauce. Finely chopped tomatoes and cucumber were also added with possibly very finely chopped olives.
We've tried to make our own version but it's not right. Anyone?
