Fruit cake

Does anyone have a fruit cake recipe that doesn’t use sultanas?
I hate the little buggers 🤢

Just put raisins or currants (or a mixture) in place of the sultanas.

Lol they are too big and squishy.

I'd say sultanas taste different to raisins - but both are big and squishy.
Currants are too dry, imo
I will snack on raisins, but not the other 2.
Once all in a cake tho......

I made a lovely fruit with mixed fruit and added peanut butter that I mashed with two bananas that added in to the mix. It was lovely. DS decided wanted peanut butter but then went off it so used it up.

That should be i made a fruit cake with mixed dried fruit
