Don't know if this is against the rules to post links to videos but my friend has recently started a baking channel and I wanted to share the recipe - for any Midlanders out there it's a traditional Coventry recipe; Godcakes!
Thought I'd post in here because it's so simple and doesn't require any knives or other sharp/dangerous ingredients so perfect for making with the kids.
Also they're basically triangular mince pies so it's really just an excuse to eat them all year round!
