Muffin recipe into a cake??

DD first birthday this week. She adores blueberrys and bananas. I've found a recipe for muffins. Can I make this as a cake? Or does anyone have a blueberry and banana cake recipe?

If she's only 1, I'd just make the muffins. She's hardly going to be expecting a fancy iced cake, is she!

Alternatively Nigella has a banana cake recipe. Has chocolate and sprinkles on top so very good for wee ones. I suppose you could add blueberries.

I think a blueberry cake with soured cream would be a good substitute. I make a chocolate sour cream cake that is similar to a choc muffin mix.

But yes for a 1 year old just make the muffins!
