I've decided to clean up my diet and cut out wheat and dairy, mainly because bread and butter and cheese are my trigger foods for overeating/binging. Also because it would remove a lot of the other rubbish, biscuits, processed snacks etc and force me to eat more good stuff.
Anyway I recognise I can't do it overnight, so what shall I have for breakfast as a starting point? Needs to be quick and I'm not keen on the idea of "other" milks but maybe that's because I need educating?
