Omelette maker recipes?

A friend has given me an omelette maker as I'm struggling to cook (health reasons). The manual has been lost. I've been informed that I can make things other than omelettes in this, but no idea what.
Does anyone have one and can point me in the directions of recipes?
Would I be able to make something like a corned beef hash in it?
I'm scared of breaking this the first time I use it by doing something wrong!

Do you know what sort it is? Is it an electric thing or a microwave one?

OP I have a Kambrook omelette maker too got as a gift and never used and have scanned the pages for you.

The recipes are very simple. Take 4 eggs and add whatever you want eg herbs, tomato, tuna, etc.

@Blondie1984 it's a Hometrics one. It's electric (looks like a circular sandwich toaster).
@PeachesPlumsPears Thanks, slightly different make, but having something to work with helps a heck of a lot more than nothing.

Made first omelettes tonight. Took around 9 minutes. Were nice and fluffy inside. The dog is giving me evils because she only got one omelette. Think I'll have an experiment with it once I'm a bit more confident with timings and see what else can be made.
