Please recommend a vegetarian mince

Hi, looking for a recommendation for a vegetarian mince. I've tried quorn but find it too soft/mushy. Are there any others that have a bit more of a real mince texture that taste nice

The nicest one I've found is called Meat the Alternative and is (annoyingly) I think only sold in Waitrose - tried looking for it other places but no luck

I was pleasantly surprised by Sainsbury's own brand frozen soya mince last week. Although admittedly I don't remember what actual mince is like so I can't comment on the authenticity!

I use a combination of green lentil and chopped mushrooms, better than processed fake meat

I like the soy one that comes in a packet best, can't remember brand name. I'm not a big fan of mince in general though, even before being veggie. I think the Quorn one is ok but prefer the packet soy one.
