I have a gammon joint, unsmoked if it makes a difference and I’m unsure how to cook it.
I usually get steaks and would cook with pineapple or egg.
When I’ve googled it suggests boiling? I’ve never boiled meat in my life!
I vaguely recall having gammon with parsley sauce, and even vaguelier (!) think I remember someone cooking it in cola...
I’d be grateful to hear your tips or favourite recipes thanks :)
