I've been naturally fit my whole life, but lately I sustained an injury during sport and have been unable to exercise for around 5 weeks. I've put on lots of weight (around my middle and bum) and its making me so unhappy. In order to make myself feel better during my injury, i've turned to comfort food which intail has put the weight on and now, none of my trousers fit me.

I'm in the process of changing my diet and have been meal prepping for work lunches and hope to get back to the gym this week. Can anyone provide any suggestions for lunches and dinners that are quick and healthy to aid my weight loss?

Also I made chicken, broccoli and sweet potato for lunch (the sweet potato was already frozen in a bag from asda as was the chicken, I cooked it and put it in a tupperware and back into the fridge to have for lunch today and would heat it all up again in the microwave. Is that ok to heat up again? Sorry, I'm a little paranoid when it comes to heating and reheating things...bit of a novice!

Thanks
