Can anyone think of something that I can adapt to suit both chicken and halibut?

We have nine for tea on Friday, after dh and I have worked all day.

Dh and I are non meat eaters, Fil is a non fish, non garlic, non spicy, non cheese, non a lot of other things eater

I was wondering if there is something nice that we could make that would be easy to serve with both roast fish and griddled chicken

Anyone with any inspirational ideas?

A kind of teriyaki glaze? Not spicy - just salty and sweet and yummy. And quick! Or a herb & breadcrumb crust?

Balsalmic vinegar dressed salad with baby roasters and selection of homemade cloeslaw and dippy things.
Followed by m and s chocolate roll with fresh rasberries and extra thick cream.

Tikka Masala.

Go to The F Word website - their was a recipe for Halibut Tandoori about 3 months ago. I've used it for chicken as well - YUMMY!!
