Gluten free carrot cake- recipe?

Anyone got a good recipe? How do you get round the lovely brown wholemeal flour - just with gluten free flour?

I've used this one a few times and it always works well

I always use the Doves Farm (makers of the GF flour) website recipe for carrot cake muffins and just pour into a loaf tin if I want a full cake, I don't usually use the buttercream unless doing the muffins but the cake itself always turns out so well and is so easy.

Their date and walnut loaf is my favourite gluten free bake as an aside, if that's of interest.
