I've started food prepping in order to eat healthier and lose a bit of weight. I made some lean in 15 lasagne last night and had some for dinner (left the leftovers in the pyrex dish for about 4 hours) and then portioned this out into plastic tubs and put in the fridge. I want to have this for dinner again tonight, did I store it correctly or allow it too cool long enough (or perhaps not long enough)? I'm a little paranoid when it comes to food safety

Also I'd like to make chicken, broccoli and rice but not sure the best way to store and reheat the rice? Help please!!
