I have just started a sort of version of the No S Diet. Basically I'm eating three fillng meals a day. No snacks, no sweet things. And I've lost 3lbs this week.
I finally feel that maybe eating "properly" is the simple answer?
Obviously I'm not eating junk food much, but having a sandwich and cuppa soup, salad and fruit for lunch means I'm not tempted to snack.
Just thought I'd share in case anyone else fancies taking this approach.
