I left the meat freezer door open overnight and everything partially defrosted 
I have spent all day making casseroles, mince dishes and curries to freeze but I'm left with some items that I don't know how to use.
For example, I can make a dinner with duck breasts but not one that can be frozen. And I need to use up the meat in the next few days, or cook and refreeze it.
The items are
Duck breast
Salmon fillets
Sea bass fillets (I suspect these will have to be eaten really)
Chicken drumsticks
Chinese chicken Sausages
Venison steak
