Mince use by date/safe cooking/eating

I bought some mince & froze it on the use by date. I'm now using said mince ( defrosted) to make chilli con carne : ) How long will the left over chilli last in the fridge taking into consideration it was frozen on the use by date? Is the leftover chilli safe to eat a couple of days later after cooked or shall I bin what's left over from the chilli?

TIA

Once cooked you then have 2 or 3 days to eat it so no need to bin it

Also if it was raw mince and you froze it then after cooking it you could also freeze leftovers if you didnt want to use them in the next few days
