Frozen pollock

I have some frozen pollock still in my freezer.

Usually I would cook chickpeas in chopped tomatoes, some paprika and chorizo and just cook the fish off in this and have with some green beans

Is fairly tasty but am quite bored of it, but literally no ideas for what else to do with it.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Smile

you could make fish tacos with it? i linked a recipe but the measurements are in cups, so you may need to look up a converter online x

Fish pie? I usually zap the fish in the microwave to part-cook it first, flake it and keep the liquid to make some parsley sauce. I use the granules for ease and add extra dried parsley. Chuck in a handful of prawns as well, some ground black pepper, and topped with mash. I crush up a few tortilla chips and sprinkle the crumbs on the top of the mash to liven it up Smile

this is made with halibut but I've used Pollock, Coley and cod for this recipe.
