Love a foodie nosey thread and it always gives me inspiration/food envy!

So far today, we’ve had:

Breakfast:
Pancakes , bacon, blueberries and maple syrup

Lunch: Sushi, salad and fruit

Dinner: Kids are having macaroni cheese, meatballs and veg followed by some banana cake I’ve just baked and DH and I are having Scallops and Lamb Shank as a treat meal!

I’ve made meatballs; chicken, leek and ham pie and salmon and veg. Kids have had pizza for dinner and baguettes for lunch as they’ve had mates round. Tomorrow we shall eat the pie and meatballs next week.

That sounds delicious! Have you frozen them? I keep on thinking I should do batch cooking at the weekend but I never do!

For lunch DP took me out to a little pub and we we had wraps - mine was a chicken, chorizo and cheese, his was a haddock and tartare sauce.

Dinner was pprk steaks in a french onion gravy with mash and green beans.

We're out to lunch at DPs parents tomorrow. Not sure what we're having.

Not freezing them as we shall eat them fairly shortly this week! I am actually rubbish at batch cooking but I now have 3 children at school and work full time and find we just all eat rubbish if i’m not more organised so I try!!

i am making chicken biryani in my instant pot for dinner this evening. I am just making stock in the same pot at the moment which will make leek and potato soup for lunches next week. I had moussaka from the freezer yesterday evening as DH was away

I'm making nigellas georgian feast (from the book feast) so melon with spicy pepper dip, cheese bread, stuffed chicken, Beetroot purée and green beans with a yoghurt garlic sauce. I'm hoping it'll be as good as Nigella promises Grin

Ate thai last night out, shared some starters and massam curry

Today... pork marinated in garlic and pepper from the butchers, cauliflower cheese and potatoes mmm

I cooked pulled pork yesterday because the piece I bought for today was on its date! So tonight we are having a really simple chicken curry- chicken breasts, korma pasts, coconut milk, veg and naan breads

Yesterday I made pizza dough and sauce and we all had individual pizzas - mine was roasted pepper, olive and buffalo mozzarella

Today is roast chicken, it's slow cooking while we're out swimming and I've already made braised red cabbage. Then need to do roast potatoes, parsnips and carrots and Yorkshire's when we get back.
