Just been defrosting sausages in microwave on defrost setting. Almost done and decided to put them on one last time to be sure as still some frozen bits. Must have pressed "high" instead of "defrost" and they came out cooked through and hot.
Can I still cool my sausage pasta recipe with them ? Always a bit paranoid about cooking stuff that hasn't thoroughly defrosted.
