Tikka masala recipe - like the supermarket ones

My husband loves the taste of the ASDA chilled chicken tikka masala. I’ve tried to recreate this myself but there is something missing. I just can’t get the flavours right. Does anyone have a recipe that tastes similar to this. Thanks.

you need more oil and more salt. that usually helps.
and black nigella seeds for the 'charred' flavour.

I do
Fresh green chilli, ginger, garlic, onion in a blender. Add a bit of tomato purée, garam masala and yogurt. Blend again.
Big pinch of salt and pepper.

Works really well.
