Just started using an app baby led kitchen and made:
Cheesy courgette and avocado muffins
Broccoli and salmon mini quiches
Spinach and mint falafal fingers
Porridge bars
Bean burgers
Popovers which are like pancakes with left over veg in them

Then from BLW book:
Simple fishcakes (literally mash and white fish and dried parsley)
Easy dips like bean dip (mashed tinned beans of your choice e.g kidney or butter bean and flavouring of your choice)

Quartered boiled egg is good with toast fingers.
You can spread home made humous, or tahini (for iron) or bean spread on toast or home made flat breads (super easy just flour and water)

I'll Come back if I think of any more!
