For me it's the roasting Tin and the green roasting tin which have great tray bake ideas
I fancy buying a new cook book, what shall I get?

I've just bought the green roasting tin, my favourite is an old eighties family recipe book, reminds me of my childhood!

I've wanted the roasting tin series for a long time. This is one of many threads pushing me further toward it.

I'm another that's recently got Sabrina Ghayours bazaar and it's beautiful- vegetation Middle Eastern recipes to die for.

I also love Diana Henry's how to eat a peach. Not for every day cooking as all the recipes are involved and often take more than one day, but its pleasure to read, and to try on weekends.

I've rediscovered my Simply Nigella book in the past month. So far, hits have included chicken shawarma, spiced lamb casserole, chicken Cosima, roast chicken with lemon and rosemary and Anzac cookies.

It's got so many fabulous recipes in it.

I might have Simply Nigella, will take a look!
