DH bought a geeky new breadmaker (it's a Panasonic) which has loads of recipes with it and about 100 programs which all seem very prescriptive.
I have used the regular dough cycle (there are 4 others...) to make rolls which were good and I want to try and make bagels.
Anyone made bagel dough in a breadmaker? Do you just use the regular cycle? Or an "enriched" cycle??
If I ever get a look in, he seems to have it on constantly! I'm not complaining though, his wholemeal loaf is lovely and soft.
