Chop up some spring onions / red pepper and mix in with tuna and mayo. Spoon in to gem lettuce cups? Or spread on rice cakes / ryvita?

Tin of tuna with some sweet corn / cheese and chilli flakes. Make in to an omelette or add a tin of potatoes and more eggs for a frittata

Tuna courgette risotto.
I add some red chill (fresh or flakes) with the onion.

Tuna fish masala - a classic recipe from my dad in the 1980s. Can post the recipe if you want it / need a laugh.

Fishcakes? Mash tuna into mashed potato with some finely chopped onion, roll in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry to colour and heat through.

All the ingredients of a tuna nicoise - tuna, boiled new pots, salad, sweetcorn instead of green beans, warm up bread - then help yourself.

Tuna fish masala - actually not that bad to eat but definitely not gourmet cuisine.

Dads recipe - Fry an onion in oil until softened. Add curry powder and salt and pepper to taste. Add a tin of mixed veg, 2 tins of tuna and a tin of chopped tomatoes. Simmer for 30 mins.

I do make it occasionally now and add chopped garlic and ginger, replace the tinned veg with fresh and stir in lemon juice and coriander at the end. Improves it somewhat!

Google good housekeeping tuna melt nachos. So nice! I’ve made it for quite a few casual lunches for folk and everyone loves it.

On a jacket potato! Yum!

Tuna dip! Whiz it up with some feta cheese, lemon juice and chives. Excellent on crackers or toast.

Tuna chowder.
Dice onion, fry till softened.
Peel & chop potatoes (large potato salad size), add to onions.
Cover with milk and boil until the potatoes are done.
Chuck in a tin of sweetcorn and a tin (or two) of tuna. (I sometimes do frozen peas and prawns too.)
Cook for a bit longer until some of the potatoes start dropping apart / squish some of them with the back of a spoon - just to thicken it up a bit (can thicken with flour/cornflour If you'd prefer).
Season with salt and parsley/chives/dill (whatever you prefer).
Serve with grated cheese to sprinkle on top. And crusty bread if you'd like.

A very comforting meal. Cheap too.

Tuna scrambled egg. I know, I know, it sounds odd and horrible, but it is so good! I had it at work and loads of people commented on how good it smelled! Chop up some spring onions too and add some lemon. Mwah!.

Tuna in a salad Nicoise or a panzanella type salad.
Lasagne layers of a tomato and veg sauce eg peppers and courgette with tuna mixed in layered up in the usual way with a béchamel sauce.
