I’ve been given one! I’ve made lots of courgetti with various sauces. Now what?
What do you make with yours?

I make a vietnamese style salad with spiralised cucumber, carrot and noodles. It's also good for stir fries. I also do a refreshing cucumber spiralised salad which goes well with fish. Mine has different thickness and the thick setting will do a potato in one long thick spiral. I spray them with a little oil add salt and pepper and bake, they are like a crisp hassleback potato and make a delicious and less fatty alternative to chips.

Need to do more so watching with interest!

Summer rolls.
And just loads of spiralized vegetables as a salad with a Thai sort of dressing.

Spiralize potato or sweet potato, spray with oil, sprinkle over smoked paprika or Cajun spice and bake in the oven or deep fry and serve with chicken or fish - also works with parsnips

Spiralize butternut squash or sweet potato and use as a base for pad Thai or a satay sauce stir fry.
