I have recently gone back to work after maternity leave, can I have some slow cooker recipes? Thanks

Incredibly easy one from me.

Chicken fillets slow cooked in lloyd Grossman bolognese sauce. For six fillets I use one large jar, also add peppers cut into large chunks.

One cooked I cut each fillets into strips.

Serve with microwaveable frozen rice and salad.

Lamb neck fillet, diced, with sliced onion, pine nuts and ground cumin/cinnamon/coriander and covered with white wine or stock. Stir in basmati rice 20 minutes before serving.

Stewing beef, onions, carrots, potatoes, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, with two beef casserole packet mixes.

Throw in mini dumplings after the hours.

Throw in frozen green beans two hours later. Or peas if you prefer.

I throw in anything I have to be honest.

I used a honey and mustard chicken sauce with chicken fillets, a packet of bacon and some leeks.

I threw something else in but can't remember what. It may have been mushrooms.
