Mild and rubbery - something in an edam..?

I used mature when we did a 70’s night along with pickles, pineapple and bit of cocktail sausage.

I'd go mild cheddar. Will suit most people's taste

I hadn't even thought about the hedgehog. DD wants this at her birthday party. No idea where she's got the idea from as she's way too young.

You don’t want anything too mature as they can be a bit crumbly and break when you put them on the stick
