Have I cooked my cheesecake enough?

I am following the bbc good food recipe for New York Cheesecake - baked it at 225 for 10 minutes then at 110 for 45 minutes then with oven off and door closed for 2 hours. Yet it's not quite hard, not wobbling per se but definitely has the slightest jiggle, almost sponge like. The recipe says after this cooking time it may crack on top - mine is no where near dry enough to crack. I have refrigerated it as per recipe but do you think it's cooked enough?

Anyone? Will the egg be undercooked?

Yes, it's enough.

It will firm up in the fridge.

You want some jiggle, maybe even more than some.
