all sorts of variations on the rice with vegetables theme but rice with courgete is firm favourite

For a very quick meal or snack i do the following.

Get a bag of Stem fresh Veg from tesco

Make up some Bisto Cheese Sauce

And combine it takes literally 3 mins and the kids love it and they still get the veg!

But anywqay

Mash with things in like cheese, bacon, sausae ect or mash made from broccoli and sweet potatoes.

Ommlettes/frittatas

Tortillas with cheese and meat and veg ect.

anything that she can dip in, like hummous
anything with eggs, like quiche, omelette, scrambled
chips
jacket potatoes wirth almost anyhting
all fruit
most veg

In short, she'll try anything once, or twice in the case of marmite which she is determined ot like.
