Summer slow cooker recipes

So I bought a slow cooker yesterday
Just looking for some tasty recipes that are perfect for this hot weather

Getting sick of salads,sandwiches, wraps,pasta, piazza...same ol same ol go to hot weather food

I make both a meat and vegetarian taco filling in my slow cooker in the summer. Haven't got a recipe per se but there are plenty on google.

I had a quick look before it was mostly pulled pork/chicken

I like the idea of a tagine type recipe

Finely chopped onion, diced potato, garlic, herb of choice with a tin of tomatoes and a chilli/curry paste if they like it. Very slow cook Add courgette, green beans, spinach for ten minutes with heat up higher for 10 minutes on return home. Serve with bread. I think slowcookers also make bread can anyone help?
