Mayo and egg?

Bizarre question but can you add mayo to hard boiled eggs that are only just cooked I.e. still hot/warm?

Is there any reason you have to wait for the eggs to cool - will it make you ill? 🤔

Yep that's how you make egg mayo. Nicest warm! No stomach upset. Go for it!
