Salmon faux pas!!! HELP

So, husband has just poured white wine vinegar over a salmon before cooking it instead of wine. I'm about to cook it, should I just cook as is or should I add white wine as per recipe????

Rinse it off and pat dry, then add wine

Thanks folks don't know why I couldn't see those replies...it's covred with dill butter & lemon. Do I really need to lift all that off too? Haven't got anymore of all that.....
