Looking for an easy beefand potato curry recipe

Hiya, looking to make a simple yummy beef and potato curry tonight, something for can leave in the oven to cook slowly, any suggestions please.

Chop an onion with some garlic and ginger,, fry until light brown. Add your meat and potato chunks, fry some more.Spoon in about half a jar of Patak's curry paste , (NOT sauce - the Madras paste is good but there are both milder and hotter ones available)
Fry for a few minutes, , add a tin of chopped tomatoes , some water if it looks too thick then stick it in the oven and leave for a couple of hours.
Voilà.
