We've bbq'ed every day this week.
Yummiest was some tiger prawns marinated overnight in a tandoori sauce on skewers.
Close second was dice lamb leg marinated in minty yogurt. Again on skewers.
It's all in the marinade Smile

I cut a pork fillet into kebab sized pieces. Marinade in garlic, ginger, lemon juice, soy sauce and a bit of olive oil. Cook on skewers, serve with salad and pesto rice. Delicious.

Pork FILLET? A ooh that’s interesting. I normally just use that for medallions , you know in a frying pan

I’m not really bothered by the meat but sweet potatoes, courgette and cauliflower are all delicious cooked on the bbq. Also a big fan of tuna steaks.
And for pud griddled pineapple, peaches and water melon.
