Freezing food

Has anyone frozen aldi's ready made chicken stir frys? I brought 2 the other day and stuck them in the freezer to realise it says not suitable for freezing. Not too sure what to do?

I’d defrost in fridge and use as instructions, I’d imagine the instruction not to freeze is due to the water content in the veg, it may be a bit soggy. You could tip it onto some kitchen roll before cooking to absorb any excess moisture.
