Do you use your spiralizer?

Do you use your spiralizer, or does it live forgotten at the back of a drawer?
What exciting things do you do you do with it? Has it encouraged you to eat more vegetables or salads?

I've used it a couple of times in several years. Confused

I use it occasionally for courgetti when I am feeling noble, otherwise I break it out when we have guests over for lunch - spiralise some carrot and cucumber for the kids, they always think it’s amazing!

OH is low carb so it gets used a lot for courgettes to go with bolognese and stuff like that.

Yes - for courgette mainly, good alternative to spaghetti. It doesn't come out every week or anything, mainly because I keep forgetting I have it!

I do quite a nice recipe with spiralised sweet potatoes in a chicken traybake thingy...
I must use it a bit more TBH.

Oh cucumber would be good! I wonder if it would work with celeriac?
