What does my BBQ need?

I'm doing a barbecue for 28 people, 3 are toddlers. I'm not doing anything to fancy or costly.

So far I have;

Burgers
Sausages
Chicken drumsticks
Baps
Potato salad
Salad leaves
Pepper, cucumber, carrot sticks
Dips
Coleslaw
Cheese
Crisps
Cocktail sausages
Sausage rolls
Boiled eggs
Mayonnaise, ketchup, bbq sauce
Pickled onions

Dessert
Car birthday cake hopefully
Scones with jam and cream
Fruit salad
Pavlova maybe

Anything I've forgotten?

Thank you

Looks pretty comprehensive to me. Personally I’d I like onions with burgers and sausages and you would win bonus points from me if I could elevate my burger with relish, pickles and sliced tomatoes (you already have the leaves) but that’s just a nicety not essential. In this weather I’d be tempted not to fart around with scones and cream and get a loads of solero’s, magnums and cornetto’s.

Alcohol!

Corn on the cob

Watermelon - cut up before bbq and put in fridge - it’s delicious chilled (and looks attractive)

Halloumi

Fewer salad leaves, pepper, cucumber, carrot sticks. I'll let you keep coleslaw as it can be used as an accessory to meat.

I’d skip the scones - don’t match the bbq vibe! Also nit sure you need the sausage rolls and cocktail sausages.
Ice cream? Soft drinks? Booze?

I’m not a vegetarian but I don’t eat processed meat like sausages and burgers and I dont eat chicken drumsticks either so if I was going ( obvs I’m not) I would prefer more veg such as garlic mushrooms or courgette and halloumi kebabs for example.
Boiled eggs seem a bit out of place as well

How about a big bowl of pesto pasta for the toddlers? Saves them munching a mouthful out of a burger and leaving the rest. They could have that with the cucumber and peppers, always goes down a treat with my toddler and others in the family
