Beer in food - I have lots but dont drink it.

What can I do with it?

beef in beer, add some stock and a jar of cranberry sauce. Lovely!

Also can use in batter instead of milk.

what kind of beer?

if dark stouty sort, use in beef casserole as you'd use red wine
if lager use to poach a ham as you would cider

carlsberg or similar.

Also have loads of red wine which i dont drink but will eventually get used up by guests.
