Angel delight still runny!

I’ve made some chocolate angel delight, it’s been in the fridge for over an hour, go to eat it and it’s still runny underneath, the top has gone ‘solid’ as it should. What did I do wrong? 😭

Sounds like either too much milk or not whisked enough

They've definitely changed something in it as last time I made it I had the same problem, even though previous years making it no issue.
I've given up with angel delight and get blancmange instead!

This is normal now, I’ve stopped buying it, only a solid crust forms and it’s liquid underneath.
