Mascarpone Cheesecake Recipe please

Does anyone have a good one? I've got a tub of mascarpone that needs using up.

the only recipes I can find have mascarpone, double cream and 2 tubs of cream cheese in too which seems rather a lot. I'd like to make one without as much cream cheese if poss.

This is the Sainsbury’s one I used to make as a student. It was fab but I haven’t made it in years.

I make this and use only mascarpone and double cream. I add the bueno filling only not the wafer but the mascarpone filling on it’s own is lovely.

Yes I came on to recommend karmakameleon’s Lime and Mascarpone Torte too. Although the Mary Berry one sounds nice, and similar.

I'll have a go tonight at one and report back

So I went with the white choc MAry Berry one. I thought it was really yummy and lighter with the mascarpone, but DH preferred one I made a couple of weeks ago with cream cheese.

I'm going to try the lime one next time, that looks so refreshing.
